My Approach

 

A lot of trainers pre-program their clients exercises, which is not my approach. I go day by day, week by week... how are you feeling today? What have you been doing? Checking in and analyzing where my client's head and body are at, and then attune to that. My goal is to get them out of their head and into their body so they can be their best self when they're done with our session.
