Virtual
Via Zoom - Because, yah know.
Virtual sessions are a great way to maintain your goals and focus while training remote! The only thing that I require is for you to have access to a computer or smart phone for Zoom.
If you have equipment, great! If not, we can make use of your own home environment so that you feel safe and productive with your workout!
In-Person
At my personal gym.
If you prefer a hands on, in-person workout experience, but don’t have the equipment at your own home, this is the perfect membership for you!
My personal gym space is located in San Luis Obispo and is stocked and ready for you when you arrive!
Equipment includes: TRX, Weights, Bench, Bands, Mats, Kettle Bells, Squat Rack, Spin Bike, Bosu & Stability Balls.
On Location
At a park or at your house.
If you have the space at your home or prefer to work-out in person at a park. This is also an option and a great way to get that hands-on in person experience at a location of your choice.
We can either workout at a park and bring equipment there, or we can workout from your home gym. As the most expensive membership, I will drive to your location for our sessions!
